Mr. Bathmananthan Ramasamy
- Holds a Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical). He has more than 20 years of working experience primarily in the Manufacturing industry like Gloves, Condom, Timber and Plantation. Experience in examination, Surgical and High risk gloves manufacturing.
- Being as a Mechanical Engineer Manager with Lattexx Partners Berhad (Semperit Group- A Glove Industry).
- Leading and looking after maintenance teams in 6 manufacturing plant. Develop and execute plans to upgrade machineries.
- Assist and guide project team on all engineering issues at the new manufacturing plant flows.
- Prior to that he was the Engineering and Facilities Manager at Medical Latex DUA SDN. BHD. Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Looked after facilities in the manufacturing plant (Facility involved are chillers, air condition (split /centralized unit), cooling, thermo pack, compounding equipment and also clean room facility).
- Look after new projects at entire plant and plan maintenance program (yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly). Setting up Machinery manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Experience in preparing module and conducting training for the engineering and maintenance department staff to achieve the goals of the department.
- HSE committee member and ERT Committee department head work closely with HSE officer to implement salary feature in plant.
- Before that ,he was the Plant Engineer with SSN Medical Supplies (Gloves and condom) for over 6 years.
- Been in charge for removing and commissioning chain dipping line for glove and condom from Sabah plant to PJ plant until been operate for production.
- Someone with an ability to easily grasp and put into application new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies. Dedicated, innovative and self motivated team player/builder.
